      RETURN IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING

      RehaCare accepts returns for refunds up to 30 days after the purchase date. Once Returns are receipted into our warehouse Refunds will be issued within 2-3 business days. Refunds will be credited back via the original method of payment unless a store credit is requested.    

      Requirements:

      Item(s) are in original condition (i.e. the original tags and labels are still attached, the item is in its original packaging (if any), and the item is unworn, unused and as sold) Include the Picking Ticket if possible and write your return reason on there.       Can I get an exchange?

      If you wish to get an exchange, we require you to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.  

      Do I have to pay for return shipping?

      Returns by post are to be paid for by the customer unless the item is faulty. If you have paid with PayPal, you can have the cost of your return paid back to you from PayPal. Click here for more information.    

      Receiving a refund

      Once Returns are received into our warehouse Refunds will be issued within 3 business days. Your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment. Posted returns can take up to 10 – 12 business days to be received. Once received we will process your request within 3 business days. Credit card refunds may take up to 5 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time, This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately, we are unable to influence this.    

      Returns for promotional offers

      Promotional discount offers will be honored when exchanging size, but in the case your size request is unavailable or a refund is requested promotional offers will not be extended to your new order. Any free promotional items must be returned along with your order if you will no longer meet the terms of the offer.

      The Neo G Kids Knee Immobilizer has been specifically designed for the younger wearer requiring temporary immobilization of the knee in a straightened position following injury or trauma. It can be used during post operative recovery to help rehabilitation and to assist controlled walking. Immobilizing the knee helps muscles, ligaments and tendons as they are allowed to fully rest, recover and heal. Made from lightweight cotton fabric with comfort padded backing the support is universally sized and is produced in four lengths for paediatric users: 20cm, 25cm, 30cm, 35cm.


      How To Apply

      Materials: Polyester, Polyurethane, Cotton, Polyamide

      Wash & Care: Remove stays before washing. Hand Wash Cold Only and Dry Flat. Do not use Fabric Softener, Do Not Tumble Dry, Do Not Bleach, Do Not Iron. Store in a cool, dry place.


      ATTENTION

      The indications outlined may not be suitable for your childs condition, before use always seek medical advice from a physician. Always take advice on duration of usage / Check with your child that the product is not uncomfortably tight and blood flow is not restricted. Avoid wearing for prolonged periods (e.g. whilst sleeping) / Only use on clean, intact skin.
